2022 Annual Meeting and Social (Updated)
Join us at the John James Audubon Center on Tuesday night August 30 from 6 to 8:30 pm for the Valley Forge Audubon Society Annual Meeting and Social.
From 6:15 to 6:45 pm there will be a Meet & Greet with one of the JJAC non-releasable education birds. The brief meeting will begin at 7:00 pm during which we will approve our Officers and Board of Directors for 2022-2023. After the meeting, we will have a short but fun bird-themed game. There will be time for socializing and learning more about VFAS and our mission. Learn more about Bird Safe Philly, our Backyards for Nature program, and our advocacy work. This is your opportunity to meet other VFAS members, ask questions of our board members, and to bring your ideas and suggestions for programs or field trip locations. The JJAC museum will be open and free to visitors.
Light refreshments, as well as beer, wine, and soft drinks will be served. Children are welcome to attend accompanied by an adult.
Please register for this free event by Friday August 26.
NOTE: GPS may not recognize the main entrance road to the John James Audubon Center and will want to take you by Old Mill Rd, which is the back entrance. Please use the main entrance at the intersection of Pawlings Rd and Audubon Rd
