Chester County Parks Birding Series: #6 – Wolf’s Hollow

The Chester County Parks system has seven wonderful parks which provide excellent birdwatching opportunities.  Join us as we explore all seven of the parks, one per month, in 2024.

Our 6th site in the series is Wolf’s Hollow County Park, a lovely park on the western edge of mid-Chester County.  The mosaic of habitats found in this park provide excellent birding opportunities, especially during the fall migration.

No prior knowledge of birds or birding is necessary to attend – beginners are always welcome.  And please, bring the kids along – our programs are open to all ages, although children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Bring binoculars if you have them.

This trip will cover about 2 miles on rolling natural surface trails and will last approximately 2-3 hours.  A portable restroom is available on site at the parking lot.

Registration through Chester County Parks is not required to attend this program.
