Hot Days, Cool Birds at Warwick County Park

With meadows, wetlands, forest, and a section of the beautiful French Creek, birds abound in this park.  During our approximately 2-hour trip into the field we will be searching for birds that are still nesting, those who are feeding youngsters already out of the nest, juvenile and fledgling birds, and those that may be winding up their time in our area and preparing to move south again.

Please join us on this exploration.

Our field trip will cover 1-2 miles on mainly flat (and possibly muddy) earthen trails so good footwear is important.  Both beginning and experienced birders are welcome to join us, as are children who are accompanied by an adult. Please bring binoculars if you have them and meet at the parking lot below the park office. Modern restrooms are available on site.
