Migration Magic at Wilson Farm Park

Whether it’s still chilly or already warm, come take a break from taxes and join us for some fresh air and fun! Wilson Farm Park is an essential stopover and green oasis for migratory birds as its fields, woods, and pond provide food and shelter in the middle of a very developed area, just a few miles down the street from King of Prussia Mall. We’ll search for newly arrived phoebes, gray catbirds and tree swallows as well as for year-round residents such as great blue herons, bluebirds and cedar waxwings.

Our outing will last about 2 hours, though you may leave at any time, and will cover a bit over a mile on an easy, accessible paved trail. New birders are encouraged to join us, and children are always welcome if accompanied by an adult. Bring your binoculars if you have them. Guides will have a few pairs to lend.

Accessible restrooms are available on site.

Note: This Park has multiple entrances. Enter at the park’s main entrance at the end of Lee Rd, turn LEFT and follow the road all the way to where it ends at the All-Abilities Playground parking lot. (GPS: 3GFW+C79)
