National Go Birding Day at the Althouse Arboretum

Please join us on National Go Birding Day for a birding trip through the Althouse Arboretum, an award-winning outdoor community resource center built and managed by regional students. Located just north of Pottstown, Althouse Arboretum’s mission is to promote health and wellness for plants, people, and the planet – and birds too, certainly!

Beginning birders and children are always welcome on Valley Forge Audubon Society outings.  Please bring binoculars if you have them and dress suitably for the weather, including good footwear.  A portable restroom is available on site.
