Join guide Kayann Cassidy as she continues her monthly series of birding explorations of Black Rock Sanctuary. Watch as the fields, forests, and wetlands – and the birds that frequent them – change with the seasons.

Beginning birders are welcome and encouraged to join us on this and every field trip, as are children under 18 if they are accompanied by an adult. This guided outing will be along mostly paved or grassy and generally flat trails.

Please bring binoculars if you have them. And photographers, take note: Kayann is also one of VFAS’s talented photography outing guides, so bring your camera and photography questions, too.
