Waterfowl Migration at Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area

Waterfowl migration is underway. Meet at the Willow Point parking lot at 9 am. This is Stop #2 on the map. We will walk the Willow Point Trail to the lake where we will observe the snow geese, tundra swans, ducks, and possibly nesting bald eagles. Masks and social distancing are required. Wear clothing appropriate for the weather, including footwear, and bring binoculars if you have them. The leaders will have spotting scopes. Afterward, participants can drive the tour road on their own.

A map can be downloaded at the following link: https://www.pgc.pa.gov/InformationResources/AboutUs/ContactInformation/Southeast/MiddleCreekWildlifeManagementArea/Documents/Middle%20Creek%20Driving%20Tour.pdf

Note that the Middle Creek Visitors Center has been closed in response to COVID-19. Additional restroom facilities are located at Stops 1, 2, 5, and 6.
